My 401k

I decided to retire. I cashed out my 401k and bought some books: BDAG, 1-3 John, Basics of Verbal Aspect in Biblical Greek, and Adopted for Life.

A sound investment. And money left over to help with rent.

As Erasmus said, "When I get a little money I buy books; and if any is left I buy food and clothes."

Same with me, chum. I've blown more in bookstores and on Amazon.com than I've ever spent on booze or clothes or comestibles. I'm expecting another shipment today ("Little Women" and "The Memoirs of Wild Bill Hickok").

This is maybe one instance where Luther would agree with Erasmus.

I am super excited about my 3 month free trial of Amazon Prime.
